Q.Is there a bathroom inside our room?

A. Yes, all rooms have private shower and toilet inside rooms.


Q. What kind of Amenity is prepared?


Amenity: Bath towel, Face towel, Tooth Brush, Cotton Set, Slippers, Shampoo, Body Soap, Conditioner, Hair Dryer

Facility: Toilet, Shower, TV, Sink, Kettle, Refrigerator, Micro Wave (Only for Apartment Room for 8), Mini washing machine (Only for Apartment Room for 8)

Common Area: Micro Wave, Toaster, Iron, Iron table, Cooking Items, Coin Laundry


Q. Is there a room cleaning service?

A. We do not have room cleaning service if your stay is for 2 nights or less.

If you stay here for more than 3 days, we clean up rooms every 3 days.

However, we prepare free towels to change during your stay.


2. Service

Q. Do you have parking lots?

A. We do not have our own parking lots. However, there are several coin parking lots nearby.

The average price for 1 night is 1,000-2,000 yen.


Q. How can we check-in?

A. Check-in process will be done by yourself through tablet device at the entrance.

You need “reservation number” to process check-in. The number was sent to your e-mail (or message inbox of booking site) by 1 day before check-in date.


Q. Can we leave our luggage before check-in, after check-out?

A. We have a sister hotel only a several minute walk from Emblem Apartment Kanazawa near Omicho Market. We keep your luggage for free before check-in/ after check-out


3. Payment

Q. When do we have to make a payment?

A.  All payment will be done in advance, but the payment timing depends on booking website or cancellation policy.

If you make a reservation as “pre-paid” booking, the payment will be done at the timing.

If you make a reservation as “pay later” booking,  we charge your credit card a few days before check-in date.
