重要なお知らせ / Important Notice|お客様への不正メールについて / Regarding unauthorized emails

この度、Booking.com社経由の予約において不正アクセスを受け、Booking.com社経由で予約された一部のお客様の予約にて、以下事象を確認いたしました。

◆ホテルが意図していないメールがお客様へ送信されている(フィッシングサイト※ へ誘導するメッセージの配信)
※フィッシングサイトとは、不正な手法を用いて個人情報や金融情報を搾取するために、実在のウェブサイトを装った偽のウェブサイトの事を指します。

Booking.com社、並びに当ホテルでは、メールやチャットを用いて、予約いただいたお客様のクレジットカード情報を求めたり、お支払いを要求することは行っておりません。
お客様におかれましては、メールに記載されておりますURLへは不用意にアクセスせず、心当たりの無い場合はBooking.com社へお問合せください。

現在、関係機関と連携を取りつつ原因調査を進め、Booking.com社への状況及び調査の速やかな結果報告を依頼し、弊社においても現在調査中でございます。詳細が明らかになりましたら、随時ご報告させていただきます。

この度は、お客様へ多大なご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますこと、重ねて深くお詫び申し上げます。

Due to an unauthorized access to the reservation through Booking.com , we have confirmed the following issues in the reservations of some customers who have booked through Booking.com.

◆E-mails were sent to customers that the hotel did not intend to send (distribution of messages that lead to a phishing site*).
*A phishing site is a fake website that pretends to be a real website in order to exploit personal or financial information using fraudulent means.

Neither Booking.com nor our hotel will ask you for your credit card information or request payment for your reservation by e-mail or chat.
Please do not access the URL in the e-mail and contact Booking.com if you do not recognize the URL.

We are currently investigating the cause of the problem in cooperation with the relevant organizations, and have asked Booking.com to promptly report on the situation and the results of its investigation. We will update as soon as the details become clear.

We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience and concern this may cause to our customers.
